Shipping

All items are generally processed within 48 hours for shipping excluding weekends and holidays. First class with tracking is the default shipping method unless otherwise selected and paid for by the customer. 

International Shipping

All items are generally processed within 48 hours for shipping excluding weekends and holidays. International First class with tracking is the default shipping method unless otherwise selected and paid for by the customer. www.buyspinners.com is not liable for any VAT or import charges associated with the delivery of your order and these charges are solely the responsibility to the importer/customer. We will not ship items marked as gifts or other as a work around import charges, this is an illegal practice and all packages will be marked with their actual value on customs forms. 

Payment
Cancellation of orders is allowed but please write to request this first. Cancellation must be done prior to shipping notification being sent to customer. There are no refunds or returns once shipping has taken place unless otherwise covered by our refund and exchange policies.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds after purchase. Warranty on items is limited to components and manfuacturing quality for 1 week after receipt of item. Dropped items are not covered. Bearings indicating damage from external input (people taking them apart) is not covered under warranty. Only items in acrylic that arrive with a crack will be warranted. We inspect all items prior to shipping and make sure to ship in a way that they do not get damaged during transit. If there was damage caused during shipping we will replace the items but photos of the packaging must be provided as well as detailed images of the damage caused. Bearings are not included in this and there is no warranty on bearings.
